Pork Cuts
On this page you can see by the diagram from which part of the pig each Cut is produced.
As well as a wide range of Organic Cuts, we also make a variety of home–made Organic pork burgers and sausages. Our sausages are hand made in natural casings and are additive and preservative free, containing only natural organic ingredients, as are our burgers.
All products come from our Organic Tamworth Pigs.
In December 2007 we opened our Farm Shop and butchery, which enabled us to sell our produce to our local neighbours and take control of the whole process, ensuring full traceability of our products.
