Lamb Cuts
On this page you can see by the diagram from which part of our lamb each Cut is produced.
As well as a wide range of Organic Cuts, we also make home–made Organic lamb burgers. Our burgers are hand made and are additive and preservative free, containing only natural organic ingredients.
All products come from our Organic Norfolk Horn Sheep.
In December 2007 we opened our Farm Shop and butchery, which enabled us to sell our produce to our local neighbours and take control of the whole process, ensuring full traceability of our products.
